Rehny do ghalib akal ki bat kro

سکون اور عشق وہ بھی ایک ساتھ

 رہنے دو غالب عقل کی بات کرو

Tote kr bhi darakta rehta hay

Dil sa koi wafadar nahi dykha

ٹوٹ کر بھی دھڑکتا رہتا ہے

دل سا کوئی وفادار نہیں دیکھا

Na koi ehad nibhay, na hi hm nwai kry

Isy kaho ky ab tasali sy bewafai kry

نہ کوئی عہد نبھائے ، نہ ہی ہم نوائی کرے 

اسے کہو کہ اب تسلی سے بے وفائی کرے

Is kadar thi shidatyn judai ki

Aj pehli bar ma ny us sy bewafai ki

اس قدر مسلسل تھیں شدتیں جدائی کی 

آج پہلی بار اس سے میں نے بے وفائی کی
